PD Zoom

A twice weekly online class for people with mild to moderate PD.

Mondays and Thursdays 3.30-4pm
£25 monthly fee (enables you to join all classes throughout the month).

Whilst we have been unable to run our usual  PD Circuits class in Belsize Park, we have been delighted by the success of our online PD Zoom classes. Started by Jo Tuckey and Helle Sampson during the first lockdown in 2020, we plan to continue these online classes at least until our PD Circuits group resumes.

Please contact us for further information.

Why are we running these classes?

Health benefit:
Parkinson’s UK recommends exercise for people with both mild and progressing symptoms. The aim is to promote strength, balance, posture and flexibility as well as helping sleep, tiredness, mood and mental health.

Effortful vigorous whole body exercise is particularly recommended at this stage and often not addressed in more traditional strength and fitness programmes. PD Circuits aims to address this need.

What do I have to do to take part?

In order to participate safely and get the most out of the exercises, we need to ensure that the class is appropriate for you, so please get in touch.
